Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage both employee and customer experiences.
