Job summary

Carvana is seeking a qualified leader for its Market Operations team in Ohio to oversee logistics, scheduling, and registration while enhancing customer and employee experiences. The role offers exposure to mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and direct leadership access to Carvana’s home office in Phoenix.

You will drive process improvements, coordinate with leadership, and help scale a fast-growing technology-enabled car-buying platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with grace and composure.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Ability to manage employee and customer experience, even when messy, and make interactions rewarding.
• Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to change and take on new assignments.
