Job summary

Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) seeks a driven Manager of Market Operations in Monterey, CA. The role leads the front-office market and asset operations, owning the CAISO interface, scheduling, and operational analytics.

You will supervise key managers and guide contract-operations handoffs while ensuring timely, accurate performance reporting. The position is hybrid with a strong emphasis on leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, finance or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in wholesale power market operations or CAISO operations.
• Experience in supervisory roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-office market operations and CAISO interface; oversee scheduling and market analytics.
• Supervise Power Resources Markets Manager and Power Supply Asset Manager.
• Coordinate contract-operations handoffs and ensure operational obligations are met.
• Oversee dashboard and analytics development and in-house transition of vendor analytics.
