Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Advocates and provide tools, resources and guidance for success.
• Develop and coach team members through feedback and performance check-ins.
• Drive operations and customer experience to meet market goals.
• Analyze business trends and proactively create solutions to roadblocks.
• Communicate with upper management and present regular performance reports.
