Job summary

Gatik is seeking a Sr. Manager, Market Operations in Phoenix, AZ to lead and scale our regional autonomous freight operations. You will run the local depot, coordinate fleet performance, safety compliance, and vendor relations while guiding a multidisciplinary site leadership team in a fast-paced R&D environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure SLA delivery, manage driver workforce, and work with municipal authorities to expand our middle-mile network across North America.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of operational leadership in freight logistics, depot operations, or autonomous transportation.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across fleet, safety, customer service, and field technicians.
• Deep expertise in middle-mile/last-mile freight flows and yard management.
• Strong mechanical understanding of commercial vehicle systems and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily depot operations, route alignment, fleet turnaround, and SLA adherence.
• Lead fleet maintenance coordination with the Fleet Manager and cross-functional teams for rapid repairs and upgrades.
• Manage driver workforce, scheduling, shift leadership, and safety training.
• Ensure safety, compliance with DOT/FMCSA/IFTA regulations and incident response readiness.
• Drive market expansion by launching depots and new routes with scalable processes.
