Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks a Market Director of Practice Operations to oversee all physician-employed practices within the Massachusetts market. You will partner with hospital A-Teams on budgets, drive opportunities and manage market goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice including HR and finance oversight
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Review budgets with hospital A-Teams and help develop physician opportunities
• Manage physician practices to meet budgeted expectations
• Ensure practices comply with Tenet regulations
• Explain business aspects of practice to physicians and leaders
• Maintain physician relationships and balance pro-forma targets with physician morale
• Set and implement market goals and objectives
• Identify new revenue streams and cost-mitigation strategies with physician leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, MediCal, DHS and related agencies
