Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Abrazo Medical Group seeks a Manager of Practice Operations to oversee market operations, support physicians and staff, and drive operational excellence for Abrazo Biltmore Cardiology Camelback.

You'll coordinate HR, finances, and compliance, conduct weekly rounds with teams, onboard new physicians, and work with leadership to identify growth opportunities while ensuring regulatory standards and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of progressive managerial experience in a medical practice.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated skill using MS Office products including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations and daily interactions to model the organization’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Coordinate practice operations and onboarding of new physicians and staff, including space, supplies and equipment.
• Manage physician HR and finance, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote referral management, billing processes, and cost-control initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Market Operations Director to set goals and identify growth opportunities.
