Job summary

Monogram Health seeks a Market Manager to lead market operations with a focus on growth, performance, and staff development. You will oversee clinical and operations teams, partner with leadership to drive patient care and market results, and ensure data integrity in EMRs across the market.

Remote role with up to 25% travel; salary range 102,000–169,000 USD annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Prior managed care leadership is preferred; MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA/MHA is a plus.
• 3+ years experience in managed care or delegated risk.
• Experience supervising clinical and operations teams.
• Strong data interpretation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Oversight – supervise Market clinical and operations staff.
• Growth – drive patient engagement and growth plans with partners.
• Operational Performance – monitor KPIs, manage scheduling and capacity.
• People Management – coach and develop team; manage staffing to budget.
• Ensure care plan quality and EMR data integrity with cross-functional teams.
