Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking a Market Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the WA/CA market. The role reports to the Market Physician Executive and collaborates with regional and enterprise teams to drive growth, quality patient care, and staff development.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required; MBA, MHA or similar degree a plus.
• Experience managing a high-risk patient population and leading clinical staff in care management, managed care, or home health settings.
• 3+ years’ experience in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships.
• Experience supervising nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers.
• EMR/Care Management Platform experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative supervision of Market Clinical and Operations team members.
• Develop reports and data analysis to guide Market Performance.
• Lead meetings with Market, Region, and Enterprise.
• Oversee scheduling system, processes, and performance.
• Ensure integrity and quality of Clinical Documentation in EMRs.
• Monitor P&L and operational metrics with cross-functional leaders.
• Drive patient and provider care plans and outcomes.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding for market staff.
