Job summary

Specialized Recruiting Group is launching in Lakewood, Colorado, and we're looking for the leader who will build it. You'll define the verticals, land the first clients, hire the first producers, and set the culture from day one.

This isn’t a startup gamble. The office infrastructure is in place, the launch is funded by ownership with a track record of successful SRG offices, and you’ll ride the brand strength of Express Employment International behind you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Colorado market with live client and candidate relationships.
• Track record of building a book of business.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing producers.
• Credibility in executive-level client conversations.
• Depth in professional recruiting in target verticals.
• Comfort owning a P&L and being accountable to a plan.
• Motivation to build something durable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional track record.

Specialized Recruiting Group is launching in Lakewood, Colorado, and we're looking for the leader who will build it. You'll define the verticals, land the first clients, hire the first producers, and set the culture from day one. What you build, you'll lead — and you'll have a defined pathway to owning a piece of it.

This isn't a startup gamble. The office infrastructure is in place, the launch is funded by ownership with a track record of running successful SRG offices in Portland and Phoenix, and you'll have the brand strength of Express Employment International behind you — $3.7B in revenue across 870+ locations worldwide.

You also won't start cold. Our regional leadership spent nearly two decades running a technology staffing firm with a Denver office, and those relationships are being activated on this office's behalf before you walk in the door.

• Activate your network and ours to open client conversations ahead of launch
• Select the verticals where your relationships run deepest and build the go-to-market plan around them
• Land the first clients and deliver the placements that establish our reputation in the market

• Build both direct hire and contract capability across the Denver metro
• Set the culture — it isn't handed to you

What you bring
