Staffmark Group is seeking a Market Manager for the Philadelphia team to lead and mentor a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Managers, ensuring service excellence for clients and successful recruiting and retention of right-fit employees.

You will drive new business by presenting workforce solutions, negotiating terms, and building long-standing partnerships while upholding company values and contributing to community relationships.

Qualifications

• Maintain client satisfaction through regular visits and relationship-building.
• Strengthen the company image by engaging with local organizations and leaders.
