You will seek new clients, propose workforce solutions, and build long-lasting partnerships while ensuring branch profitability and strong client satisfaction through regular in-person visits and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams.
• Proven ethical conduct, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers to deliver service excellence to clients.
• Generate new business by seeking additional clients and presenting workforce solutions.
• Oversee branch profitability, budgets, billable hours, and fill-rates.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular visits and adapting services to client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
