Overview

Market Manager for the Plymouth team. Leads and supports a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers responsible for service excellence to clients, recruiting and retaining the right-fit employees for client-specific needs. Develops new business opportunities, sells workforce solutions, and builds long-lasting partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship, management direction, coaching, and support to branch employees. Perform Recruiting Manager duties (interviewing and placements) alongside staff.
  • Manage the branch's financial operations and profitability, including budgets, billable hours, fill-rates, and achievement of targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring activity, adjusting plans or services as needed, making regular in-person visits, and identifying opportunities to grow business.
  • Enhance the company image in the external community by developing and maintaining relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of similar experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams.
  • Strong ethics, thoroughness, detail-oriented work style, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management, and customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment.
