Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years market or grocery experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all market departments toward goals and standards.
• Assist with forecasts, profitability reports, margins and inventory.
• Monitor labor and other expenditures within budget.
• Direct and maintain inventory, product mix and merchandising standards.
• Develop training to ensure staff provide knowledgeable, clear customer service.
• Ensure market opens/closes properly and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Train staff and communicate core values of the company.
