Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Train and develop all new FOH & BOH employees.
• Maintain guest focus while performing duties.
• Ensure expenses and costs are in line with budgets and profits.
• Develop and train front-of-house staff.
• Delegate tasks for ordering supplies and follow up for accuracy.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventories and update beverage prices on spreadsheets.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ordinances.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to complaints to win back guests.
• Ensure proper security and safe working environment.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
