Advantage-Solutions is seeking a Market Manager to lead a brand ambassador team driving in-market activations across a designated market. You will recruit, interview, hire, and train Brand Ambassadors, while managing their development and performance against program metrics.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with wholesalers to ensure successful activations, and oversee budgets, schedules, and payroll to maximize revenue and ensure compliant operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of experience preferred in beverage, CPG, or agency environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; ability to recruit, interview, and train Brand Ambassadors.

Mansioni

• Staff, train, and motivate part-time Brand Ambassadors to drive in-market activation.
• Lead interviewing and hiring of BA team; manage training and development.
• Manage reports, deliverables, and performance against program metrics and goals.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with wholesalers/clients to drive program execution.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, and payroll processes; ensure safety and compliance.
