Job summary

Advantage-Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Market Manager to lead a fast-paced Brand Ambassador team. You will recruit, train, and motivate part-time Ambassadors to drive consumer engagement events and achieve program metrics.

Responsibilities include team development, field operations, and budget oversight while building strong client relationships to maximize activation results and revenue in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of experience.
• Experience in alcohol/beverage industry preferred.
• Experience in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Ambassador team recruitment, training, weekly events, and reporting.
• Ensure BAs are equipped with materials for sampling events.
• Travel in-market for BA development, activation audits and performance reviews.
• Oversee performance management and career development for staff.
• Develop client relations and drive program execution and results.
• Manage budget for the geographic area and enforce safety.
