Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking a Market Manager to lead a part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassador team in a fast-paced market. You will staff, train, and motivate Brand Ambassadors, conduct final interviews, and own in-market activation execution to drive measurable results for clients.

This role requires strong leadership, recruitment and training skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. You will manage reporting, build client relationships, and guide the team toward program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in alcohol/beverage industry preferred.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and manage field operations.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, and motivate Brand Ambassador team for assigned market.
• Lead final interviewing and hiring of Brand Ambassadors and oversee their development.
• Manage in-market activation execution, reporting, and performance against program goals.
• Build strong client relationships and drive activation results.
• Oversee travel logistics and budget for in-market activities.
