Advantage Solutions in Hoboken, NJ seeks Market Manager to staff, train, and motivate part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors, driving one-to-one consumer engagement and measurable activation results in the assigned market.

The role includes final interviewing and hiring, ongoing development, and ensuring timely reports and performance against program goals. Frequent travel in-market to support activation audits and BA coaching is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in alcohol/beverage or CPG preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for in-market activation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
