Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Chicago, IL seeks a Market Manager to staff, train, and motivate part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors, driving one-to-one consumer engagement and activation for an assigned market. You will lead interview and hiring of the BA team, manage training and development, and ensure timely reports and program results.

The role focuses on building client relationships, achieving activation metrics, and maintaining strong execution across events and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in alcohol/beverage preferred.
• Experience in agency/CPG environment preferred.
• Recruiting, interviewing and training Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Ambassador team recruitment, training, weekly event execution and reporting.
• Ensure Brand Ambassadors are equipped with merchandise and materials for sampling events.
• Travel in market for BA development, activation audits and performance reviews.
• Oversee performance management and coaching of Brand Ambassadors; enable career advancement.
• Develop employees for succession planning and career growth.
