Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Market Leader in Jessup, MD to own and grow a market as a business leader. You will manage revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and team development while collaborating with district leadership.

You will drive sales, operations, safety, and service quality, and you will recruit and coach teams to deliver exceptional results. This on-site role offers bonuses and equity, plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Forestry, Arboriculture, Environmental Sciences, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven success leading a branch, district, or multi functional business with full P&L accountability.
• Experience leading sales and operations teams in a service based organization.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
• Experience coaching, developing, and retaining high performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building skills.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Tree Care, Landscape, Green Industry, Home Services, or similar operational leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market's overall performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales, margin, EBITDA, and retention goals.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Ensure resources, staffing, and equipment meet current demand and future growth.
• Lead and coach Sales Arborists to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Build a client-focused culture with exceptional service and relationships.
• Partner with sales to grow all service lines and expand client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competition to position SavATree for growth.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Oversee fleet, facilities, inventory, and branch assets.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams; nurture culture and leadership.
