Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health seeks a Market Leader to oversee the Orlando Palm Beach market, aligning with the mission and values. This role reports to the General Manager and partners with the Medical Director to achieve growth, quality, and patient experience goals.

You’ll manage market operations, drive cost controls, and lead site leadership teams while promoting a team-based care model across pediatric services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general management or operational role in multi-site healthcare.
• Experience managing a P&L in a medical group or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business admin, or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all in-market locations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of strategy and operating metrics.
• Develop site-based leadership teams and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to prioritize clinical and operational initiatives.
• Standardize processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead SOP development to support growth and operational excellence.
