Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, including multisite market leadership.
• Direct P&L accountability of $50M+ with margin ownership.
• Experience transitioning markets from fee-for-service to two-sided risk.
• Established relationships with health systems and specialty groups.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for 20+ center Greater Orlando market under capitation.
• Develop operating cadence, staffing models and visit economics.
• Lead transition to two-sided risk and profitable operations.
• Drive joint ventures and IPA integrations; manage market performance.
• Improve star ratings, HEDIS, risk adjustment accuracy, and total cost of care.
