Bluebird Kids Health is seeking a Practice Administrator/Market Leader for Palm Beach County. West Palm Beach, FL. Lead market operations, growth, and patient experience while aligning with the company’s mission to provide exceptional pediatric care.

You will oversee multi-site operations, manage budgets, and partner with clinical leadership to drive quality, safety, and patient outcomes in a rapidly scaling organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general management or operations, with P&L experience in multi-site healthcare.
• Track record of driving growth, financial, operational, people and quality results.
• Bachelor’s in healthcare administration or business (master's preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across in-market locations to meet clinical quality, patient experience, and financial goals.
• Oversee KPIs and drive achievement of strategy and operating metrics.
• Develop site-based leadership teams and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Market Medical Director to prioritize initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Develop SOPs to support growth and operational excellence in a key market.
• Drive growth initiatives, patient retention, and in-office marketing tools.
