SavATree LLC in Conshohocken, PA seeks a General Manager / Market Leader to drive profitability and growth. You will balance safety, quality, productivity and customer service while guiding the sales team and field staff.

The role spans Sales, Operations and Administration, with focus on targets, data-driven decisions and compliant practices. On-site leadership offers dynamic outdoor work and property visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, development and high engagement site culture.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• High proficiency in analyzing data to inform business decisions; ISA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and engage the Sales team and support staff to drive profitability and market growth.
• Develop sales targets, monitor performance and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting budgets.
• Oversee operations for maximum productivity and safety and manage fleet and branch resources.
• Ensure proper administration of paperwork and data entry; implement process improvements.
