Job summary

SavATree in Norwalk, CT seeks a General Manager / Market Leader to drive sales, operations and administration for the market. You will lead and mentor the Sales team and support staff to achieve revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in Business Management or Arboriculture or related fields, strong P&L experience, and proven leadership. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in selling residential and/or commercial services via a branch-based model.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and development of site teams.
• Experience with P&L and operations management in tree care or landscape industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales targets and monitor performance to meet customer satisfaction and budgets.
• Oversee operations to maximize productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage administration, data entry, guidelines, and process improvements across the site.
