Dalfen Industrial is seeking an Investment Analyst to underwrite real estate investments across the United States, based in Atlanta, GA. You will support due diligence, compile property and market reports, and create and edit Argus files and DCF models, reporting to the regional SVP in the Southeast.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in real estate finance, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Argus, Costar, and Real Capital Analytics.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree from a top tier accredited institution.
• 1–3 years of work experience (highly qualified undergraduates will be considered).
• Strong desire to work in real estate finance.
• Highly motivated with strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding work environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Argus, Costar and Real Capital Analytics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the due diligence process for assets under contract, including coordinating with external suppliers such as brokers, engineers, and contractors to support the due diligence process

• Gathering and assessing critical information related to the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisitions and leasing
• Create and edit Argus files
• Create sale and lease comparable tables and run DCF models
• Assist Asset management with quarterly models
• Ad hoc projects

Dalfen Industrial is looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team based in Atlanta, GA. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for underwriting real estate investments across the U.S and providing support for the regional teams. The Investment Analyst will report to the regional SVP based in the Southeast.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the due diligence process for assets under contract, including coordinating with external suppliers such as brokers, engineers, and contractors to support the due diligence process
