Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Manager, Market Intelligence to shape the future of our Tools & Outdoor business in the U.S., Europe, and key markets. You will deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, and translate data into strategic recommendations for leaders across functions.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, 5+ years in market intelligence or related fields, and experience with multiple data sources such as Euromonitor, Circana/NPD, Numerator, and GfK/NIQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in market intelligence, strategic insights, business analytics, strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with multiple data sources to generate actionable insights (Euromonitor, Circana/NPD, Numerator, YipitData, GfK/NIQ, POS data).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets into clear takeaways.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market and competitive insights across the U.S., Europe, and priority international markets.
• Support strategic decision-making with regular, actionable insights.
• Translate data into business impact for leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate market trends and actions.
• Drive a global perspective by comparing regional differences in consumer needs and competition.
• Partner with functions and regions to embed market intelligence in decision-making.
• Manage multiple workstreams with pace, quality and attention to detail.
• Support capability development of market intelligence tools and processes.
• Manage relationships with data, research, and analytics suppliers.
