Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Finance Innovation Manager to drive the transformation of reporting and analytics across EMEA and APAC within the Tools & Outdoor Finance team.

You will develop standardized tools, platforms and reports enabling data-driven decision making for a fast-growing global business. You will partner with Finance, Commercial and IT to deliver impactful analytics initiatives, ensure scalable solutions and promote data literacy across a broad user base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics experience in multinational FMCG or similar environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
• Strong technical capability across Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Excel, Macros and VBA.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; certifications in Power BI, Alteryx, Python or similar tools are a plus.

• Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports for scalable, data-driven decision-making.
• Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
• Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
• Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
• Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
