Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Market Intelligence to shape the future of our Tools & Outdoor business by delivering actionable market and competitive insights across the U.S., Europe, and other priority international markets.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to identify trends and translate data into clear recommendations that inform strategic and commercial decisions. You will build dashboards and visualizations, drive global perspective, and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategic insights, business analytics, strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience using multiple data sources to generate actionable insights (Euromonitor, Circana/NPD, Numerator, YipitData, GfK/NIQ, retailer POS data, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to translate analysis into simple messages for non-technical audiences.
• Storytelling and presentation skills with confidence engaging leaders and stakeholders.
• Project management, prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across regions; proactive and self-directed.
• Global mindset and ability to operate with ambiguity.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.

• Support strategic decision‑making and inform category strategies and growth initiatives.

• Develop stories from data; build presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Drive a global perspective by comparing trends across regions and markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to embed intelligence in decisions.
• Manage multiple workstreams with pace and discipline.
• Support capability development of market intelligence tools and processes.
• Manage relationships with data, research, and analytics suppliers.
