DLA Piper is seeking a Market & Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics strategies, manage a team of analysts, and deliver data-driven insights powering firm decisions. The role collaborates with senior executives to support strategy, talent planning, and business development.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in analytics, strong leadership, and expertise in modern BI tools and programming, with a hybrid work arrangement across multiple U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Masters Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 8 years’ progressive experience in business analytics, market research and/or competitive intelligence.
• Experience building and leading analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality data products and insights.
• Design and execute analytics strategies aligned with firm goals and client segmentation.
• Manage analytics projects from scope to delivery with timelines and quality standards.
• Engage with senior leaders across sectors, BD & Marketing to translate needs into insights.
• Ensure data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee development of internal tools for advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
