Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Market & Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics strategy and collaboration across firm-wide initiatives. You will manage a team of analysts, delivering data products and insights to support decision-making, portfolio optimization, and sector intelligence.

You will partner with senior leaders to gather requirements, translate data into actionable insights, and drive initiatives that impact talent, business development and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive analytics or intelligence experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop talent.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team development and mentoring.
• Design and implement analytics strategies aligning with firm goals.
• Oversee analytics projects from scope to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sector Practices, Practice Groups, BD & Marketing, and corporate groups.
• Ensure data governance, quality, security, and compliance.
• Oversee evolution of internal analytics tools and reporting capabilities.
