Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Market & Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics strategy and a team of analysts, supporting firm-wide decision-making, portfolio optimization and sector intelligence. The role partners with senior leaders to deliver scalable data products and insights, shaping talent, business development and strategy.

Hybrid work is available with offices nationwide, including Austin. Candidates should have 8+ years in analytics, a business-focused degree, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in business analytics, market research, or competitive intelligence.
• Experience leading analytics teams and delivering data products.
• Strong communication with senior executives and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy development and execution aligned with firm goals.
• Manage a team of analysts delivering data products and insights.
• Collaborate with Sector Practices, Practice Groups, and Business Development.
• Oversee data governance, quality, security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and enhance internal analytics tools and reporting capabilities.
• Guide client segmentation and proactive intelligence delivery.
