Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Minimum of 1 year store experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of management in a professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Certified Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible to work various hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to accept coaching and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests in the department.
• Assist in interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
• Coordinate information distribution to the department and maintain positive morale.
• Demonstrate leadership by managing time and delegation effectively.
• Support and implement division concepts and programs.
• Contribute to meeting financial goals and ensuring product availability and guest solutions.
• Safeguard department assets and enforce safety procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe work environment; ensure proper processes are followed.
• Collaborate with Department Manager on production and promotion planning.
• Coach and develop team members per policies; assist with inventory coordination and reporting.
• Cover department duties in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Perform other duties as required by upper management.
