You will manage daily tasks, supervise team members, and drive alignment with company goals. The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year store experience.
• Professional communication with all levels of staff.
• Ability to multitask and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests as they enter the department.
• Assist in interviewing, training, scheduling, and supervising team members.
• Maintain department conditions, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Help meet department financial goals and ensure product availability.
• Safeguard department assets and ensure food safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager and leadership team on planning.
