You will hire, train, and coach a team, manage departmental schedules, control assets, and drive financial results while maintaining exemplary guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Must attend meetings, including out-of-town, requiring overnight stays.
• Must be able to transfer to another store within the area.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and subordinates professionally.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests entering the department.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of team members.
• Communicate information distribution to the entire department.
• Maintain positive atmosphere, spirit and morale within the department.
• Lead time management and delegation; develop future leaders.
• Oversee inventory processes and reporting; ensure product availability.
• Enforce Food Safety Procedures and safeguarding of assets.
• Approve purchase orders and maintain adequate stock levels.
