Job summary

United Supermarkets, LLC is seeking a Store Director to lead guest relations and the full-store operation in a fast-paced environment. This role supervises the Assistant Store Director, Talent Relations Manager, Service Managers, Grocery Managers and Department Managers.

The Store Director will drive excellent customer service, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in store management.
• Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week with a varied schedule.
• Certified Food Safety Manager certification required.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests on entry.
• Maintain positive store atmosphere and morale.
• Coach, mentor, and develop store team members.
• Distribute information to Store Director and Department Managers.
• Forecast sales and labor, monitor performance across departments.
• Oversee scheduling, meetings, and shift coverage.
• Oversee maintenance of facility and safety compliance.
• Manage donation budgets with Assistant Store Director.
• Develop community relations and store goodwill.
