• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), 66 (or 63 and 65) with 3 registrations; Series 31 acceptable if relevant.
• Ability to recruit and develop Financial Advisors.
• Strong compliance and risk management acumen.
• Proven leadership to drive revenue, profitability and market share.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profit before taxes within the branch and market.
• Maintain superior client service and develop cohesive teams.
• Recruit and retain Financial Advisors; lead recruiting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and manage risk.
