Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with a track record of producing positive results.
• Experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct accountability for the P&L and budget performance for the distributorship.
• Review weekly scorecards and monthly financials to identify variances and create action plans.
• Lead the local Sales Team to acquire new business and grow the dealer network.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and key account decision-makers.
• Ensure service levels for National Accounts meet SLA expectations.
