Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Regional Market Manager to oversee regional operations, drive enterprise initiatives, and ensure policy compliance. You will own the P&L for a defined region, analyze financials, and collaborate with MGMs to develop regional business plans.

The role involves close collaboration with sales, operations, and customer service, extensive travel (60-80%), and leadership of a multi-site team to improve performance and service levels across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of multi-unit management experience (can be substituted for 5+ years of management experience).
• 3-5 years of management experience with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct accountability for the P&L performance of a specified region.
• Review, monitor, and analyze weekly scorecards and monthly financials to identify variances and create action plans.
