Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to grow and optimize host partnerships, manage a portfolio of professional hosts, and drive supply acquisition in assigned territories across the United States. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing strategies and host success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale localized supply strategies, travel within the market as needed, and represent Airbnb in external meetings with hosts and industry events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Analyze data and recommend actions to drive sales in your region.
• Prospect and onboard new, high quality supply in your geography.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences.
• Educate clients on product changes and feedback to internal stakeholders.
