Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to drive growth and optimization of host entrepreneurs in your assigned territory. You will build strong partner relationships, help hosts optimize listings and pricing, and drive supply acquisition to grow Airbnb's presence in your market.

In this role you will manage a book of business, meet quarterly sales goals, analyze data for opportunities, and collaborate with product, policy, and support teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing a leads pipeline and a book of business.
• Proficient with data-driven decision making and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations to identify opportunities to drive sales.
• Prospect and onboard new, high quality supply in your geography.
• Maintain understanding of technical integration of software partners to support clients.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences.
• Educate clients on significant product changes and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Travel to markets occasionally to provide in-person support and guidance.
