Job summary

TCL is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive sales and profitability across Hartford-area retailers. You will energize store teams through training, coaching, and strong merchandising execution, while building enduring relationships with store managers and retail staff.

The role requires travel, a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (10:00am–6:00pm with occasional Sundays), and a competitive hourly pay of $25.00–$29.00 plus a quarterly bonus and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy.
• Physically able to sit, stand, walk for up to 8 hours a day.
