Job summary

TCL is seeking a Market Development Manager for Hartford, CT to lead home theater retail initiatives and drive market success. The role emphasizes training store teams, coaching sales staff, and optimizing merchandising aligned with TCL’s brand goals.

You will travel to partner retailers, monitor performance, and represent TCL at industry events. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 10:00am–6:00pm, with a quarterly bonus and full benefits.

Bring your leadership skills and sales expertise to a role where every day is an opportunity to influence results. As TCL's Market Development Manager, you'll strengthen retail relationships, energize store teams through training and coaching, and execute strategies that expand TCL's footprint and drive market success throughout Hartford.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday — with occasional Sundays; 10:00am-6:00pm
