TCL is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive sales and profitability across Hartford. You will energize store teams through training, coaching, and compelling merchandising while expanding TCL's footprint. Travel within the territory and collaboration with store managers are essential to success.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday — with occasional Sundays; 10:00am-6:00pm
