Job summary

TCL is seeking a Market Development Manager in Hartford to lead sales and profitability growth across the territory, energize store teams through training and hands-on merchandising, and build strong relationships with store managers. You will track performance data and adjust strategies to maximize impact, while representing TCL at industry events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Experience in field marketing and home entertainment sales.
