Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks a field sales professional in Jackson, TN to lead Direct Store Delivery excellence and grow market share for key brands. You will set store growth plans, build relationships with partners, and review quarterly opportunities to expand revenue and freshness.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or customer relations, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. DOT medical card and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• DOT Medical card requirement.
• English language proficiency for interaction with the general public.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives to grow the business by leading DSDE best practices in the market.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with Zone objectives for revenue and freshness.
• Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners.
• Execute growth opportunities to increase market share for strategic brands via DSDE.
• Use sales data tools to drive decisions with frontline sales and secure new space and displays.
