Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ Years in the financial service industry attracting and hiring new talent preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of attracting, selecting, and developing financial advisors.
• Experience hiring financial advisor on teams.
• Securities registrations, state insurance licenses and appointments in all states where financial advisors conduct business.
• Experience leading groups and presenting to drive advisor success.
• Demonstrated track record of solid sales results and alignment to holistic, purpose-based advice.

Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit talent across channels through broad networks and referrals.
• Maintain recruiting pipeline to support market growth and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with channel stakeholders to fill roles across Virtual Advice, team sales, and support.
• Manage candidates through selection, licensing and launch phases.
• Conduct selection interviews and communicate Thrivent's value proposition.
• Develop and grow talent with matrix partners.
