Qualifications

• Experience in Excel required.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools, such as Python, R, and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, report, and interpret data for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.
• Manages profit and growth for assigned markets or products and develops strategies to improve performance and address profitability opportunities.
• Develops and reviews recommendations related to product, underwriting, and pricing changes while making strategic rate-setting recommendations.
• Uses market intelligence and performs competitor analysis to support business strategy and product positioning decisions.
• Communicates strategies and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Provides coaching, guidance, and development support to analysts and junior team members.
• Identifies opportunities to improve profitability, business processes, and operational effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
