Farmers Insurance is seeking a data-driven pricing and analytics professional to collect, analyze, report, and interpret data that informs business strategies and profitability. You will support rate-setting activities, develop reporting tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires 2+ years in US P&C pricing or product management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and programming (Python, R, SQL).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) in a product management, pricing or actuarial role, or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and at least one programming language (Python, R, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Applies pricing and ratemaking principles to routine business situations and supports rate-setting activities.
• Performs data analysis and develops reporting tools and visualizations to identify trends and support decisions.
• Analyzes marketplace conditions, competitor actions, pricing, underwriting practices, and regulatory developments.
• Develops initial recommendations for product, rule, rate, or underwriting changes and supports moderately complex requests.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support execution.
